So chop chop !
Cut the cottage cheese block into several thin cuts
Grill / light pan fry them (each side for a min or two)
Spread pizza base on one side of the bread slice
Arrange the grilled slices on the bread
Top it with slices of onion, capsicum & tomato
For the s/w –
Spread some BBQ sauce (I used Hickory Smoke BBQ) on a bread slice; and cover the prep & Grill !
For the pizza,
Grate cheese on the prep, sprinkle oregano & Grill !!
