The first time I’ve ever had this was when my friend and I caught up for brunch at The Animal Orchestra (in Carlton, Melbourne). And this has been something on my ‘Best Eats’ since.
I’ve taken cues from a combination of recipes generally used for this popular Spanish dish, with of course my own additions ;). Only because this is the first time I’m making it and I don’t remember enough to cook from what it tasted like, although I can’t forget the feeling of bliss that followed 😀
Tip: If you are in India, and looking for good chorizo sausages, I’ll recommend using Alf Farms’.
